Yard work

One of the things I was most looking forward to with having children of my own was getting my own labor force to delegate jobs.

It seems to be working out okay some of the time.

The big girls raked up dried leaves and collected them to put into the compost today.

And Soren did a good job climbing on the outside of my windows and pulling down the English ivy that was creeping over the glass and up the brick.

All told it only cost me $2.25. Pretty cheap labor. 🙂

Nice! I remember my parents having us do the same stuff. And I actually have really good memories of doing yard work all day long.
