Still working on getting the house back in order. ‘Twill be a few more days, I think. Man I’m jonesing for my sewing machine! Almost wanna drop everything else and do that. But that wouldn’t be any fun.
Dave bought a car and we have to drive him to pick it up in a bit.
Miriam has on a turtleneck and overalls, her fairy dress over it, and another shirt on top and she is dancing to the wiggles “balla, balla bambina.” She rewinds it to the beginning of the song and does it again. By the way, she even knows what their feet and arms are doing in the dance and copies it.
I have this ongoing saga with a couple of our mortgage payments from late last year that went out of my online banking via ACH debit and were lost by the mortgage company. They refused to research it until we gave them proof (which we gave them lots of times) and I had a person from my bank calling them every few days for a month, faxing them stuff, etc to see what other proof they could want. I called yesterday and they said the research has been completed and they didn’t find the payments. So now I have to start from scratch again. It is so disheartening. They definitely have the money but what incentive do they have to find it? I can’t think of what consumer bureau to bring this up with but I’m ready to copy in my senator at this point.
The mail carton from the USPS is my kids’ new favorite toy. Too bad we have to give it back.
Not knowing when we’d have to leave, I didn’t put the kids down for a nap. Jireh found a place to lay her head, though.
Not to be outdone, two minutes after the discovery of same…
And just cuz he’s cute…
